Looks that way. What MTI was likely banking on is that no warrant can reach their server because it is physically in America - but then operated on USA soil. So hopefully all the drives that contained their data are now being forensically imaged. The data leaks are great, but the forensic image holds the log files and many more. Marks has been seemingly operating under a veil of ignorance in regards to their devices being seized and what can be extracted. Forensic analysis does not stop until they reach your back teeth.

Ignorance or arrogance? Forgetting he's dealing with the USA here who can get information at the drop of a hat. Probably being tracked by some government agency already and they don't know it.
Where they are, what they're doing etc. Internet history, cell phone records, movements, you name it.

don't know if there are more explicit statements about the basic scheme but Marks/Ward at least being involved with coming up with the leadership P1/P2 bonus should be here. Especially around 35:33 a direct claim about being involved with coming up with the P2 concept
