Screw Bitcoin, Cryptos, and the MTIs in the world, I'm investing in fruit farming from now on.

Apparently, you can own 30% per month with a starting deposit of only R5,000. That, of course, means if I reinvest my returns, my R5000 will be worth R2,7 million in two years time. Sounds fantastic!

Now, on a serious note, there are some things that bother me about the site. For one, no explanation of how the investment works. Secondly, no risk disclosure. Thirdly, guaranteed returns. Fourthly, no address or telephone number. There is, however, an FSP number.

Edit: Also no SSL and no Google search results about the company.

It couldn't be more simple.

There's obviously a magical berry picking bot, exponentially picking more berries each day. What makes it super advanced is that the bot can automatically detect and purchase more farming land, ensuring that the exponential growth is infinitely sustainable.

I believe this is the modernization of the Howey test
The Howey Test refers to SEC v. W.J. Howey Co., which reached the Supreme Court in 1946. Howey Company sold tracts of citrus groves to buyers in Florida, who would then lease back the land to Howey. Company staff would tend to the groves and sell the fruit on behalf of the owners. Both parties shared in the revenue. Most buyers had no experience in agriculture and were not required to tend to the land themselves.

What a laugh if a modern version of the orange farming speculation that has provided the US and other countries with a test of how to decide that a financial instrument is an asset? Remember how scathingly Cheri tried to defend MTI on the basis that it wasn't business because bitcoin wasn't identifiable as any kind of regulated investment. As was pointed out then, the Howey test applies perfectly to MTI. And here we have an even closer parallel investment to the orange farms.

The bot can also apparently prevent any seasonality of fruiting as well as protect against anything at all that can reduce the harvest, Sheer magic.
