The companies act makes provision for what is known as a prescribed officer. This is not something you voluntarily accept but is defined based on your participation.

Prescribed officers include every person, by whatever title the office is designated, that:
  • Exercises general executive control over and management of the whole, or a significant portion, of the business and activities of the company; or
  • Regularly participates to a material degree in the exercise of general executive control over and management of the whole, or a significant portion, of the business and activities of the company.
The Companies Act determines that prescribed officers are required to perform their functions and exercise their duties to the standard of conduct as it applies to directors. Prescribed officers will be subject to the same liability provisions as it applies to directors

Prescribed officers are mostly relevant to public companies.

Maybe Cheri & "family" hiding at the BFF's new house? Cheri donated a R2.8m house to "BFF" Monique Dell in the North Coast - approximately 5km from the "Marks" mansion!!! How can Ms Dell afford this "cheap" house... without anything on her name!!!! No way that Ms Dell can afford a house like this‍♂️
Asking for a friend - going from nothing to a 5 bedroom house...

I also saw some members showboating the power of compound interest....
So with MTI if you put in only $10 000 for 5 years at an average of 0.7% interest earned a day you would have a total of $3.3 Billion, which is an outrageous big amount of interest.
