Dont forget about he Lenovo trading bot.

Trading FX like a mofo, basically printing money until the FSCA told them they need a licence. Then the AI bot basically flipped over to a crypto config over night!

But come the weekend, the bot needed to rest! No trading over weekends!

Yep. 'Studied' trying to imply that she has a law degree, but she doesn't mention 'completed'.
I would say that actually negates a bit of the "I'm just an innocent dumbo salesperson who don't know no nothingk about no pyramid" defense.

How could I forget!. The legendary Lenovo.

Not only did it switch from Forex to Crypto, it entered a magical realm of buying bitcoin with bitcoin and selling bitcoin, for bitcoin. They never could tell which mythical trading pair the bot uses to buy and sell bitcoin with bitcoin. The BTC/BTC pair is somehow still always 1.0, and never changes. And at 200:1 leverage nogal.

But not to worry,
"It's bitcoin, FSCA doesn't apply'
 
Love the idea of her talking about an opinion from one of SA's greatest legal minds but she doesn't actually read it or show it to anyone

I can only imagine the reaction of an actual lawyer she might have known on getting a call from her, I reckon that would be an extremely short conversation ending with "Don't ever mention my name to anyone or call me ever again"
