Major problem in Mirror Trading International case

The hearing for the application to have get-rich-quick scheme Mirror Trading International (MTI) declared an unlawful or illegal scheme has been postponed until 2 March 2022.

Acting Justice Alma de Wet set the new date in an order issued on Wednesday, along with a series of deadlines for additional court papers to be filed.

Postponing an obvious ponzi scheme over and over. These judges probably also get paid per hour/session on top of monthly salary.

This just seems like a waste of time.

No wonder it takes decades to resolve cases where there is no evidence if a case that is so blatantly obvious gets extended this much.

...or the Judge is just completely incompetent and giving leeway over and over just because the lawyers asked so nicely.

This judicial system in SA is criminally slow. It makes government look competent sometimes.
