A lot of these guys will probably pull their own investment, but to keep the income coming in from their lower down in the chain, as well as to plead ignorance when it all goes down, they will never acknowledge anything. Remember, most of these people weren't in it to help others - they are there to help themselves.

If it "really" is a statement from the day's trades, that shouldn't be a factor...The statement comes from the broker, supposedly...

I looked at some of the trades again, it is not only the hours that have a discrepancy (could be used to use times zones as an excuse), but the minutes and seconds too.... Time zones won't apply to those discrepancies..

Also why would they go through the effort of meeting with the FSCA without doing basic stuff like filing their annual returns?

Has someone contacted the FSCA to find out if this supposed meeting happened? Imagine if the FSCA said "nee kak brah... We requested a meeting with Them and they never pitched".

So MTI gave the impression that they approached the FSCA. The FSCA confirms they are investigating MTI. Slightly different perspective.

There is an obvious concern that the the FSCA simply can't protect investor funds in the current structure.
