The way I read the notes on that page was that it wasn't a breach. It was like someone had viewed Cheri's friends list on facebook, it was that simple.
The most likely scenario is that Cheri made no effort to protect her client's information and it was that fact that will result in her being the person who broke the law.
BTW: What taxes have you paid Cheri for the law enforcement officers to work on your behalf???

This clan reminds me of the Gypsy gangs around the world. They grow up believing that if their victims are stupid enough to fall for their con, they basically deserve to be scammed.

Faasen has 1 account it seems. Deposited around 12.5k, hasn't really made much.
Edzardt Joubert deposited 3800, doubled his money. So again just another small fish.

An interesting social experiment would be switching some transaction histories around in the backoffice data.

A few big boys swop balances with a few old sweet Brakpan aunties & ballies.

Then just jumble 100 members so their balances are all combined then evenly split.
