Am guessing he just wants to enjoy his ill gotten gains and hope that the NPA is as slack at prosecuting him as they are for VBS fraudsters..

Still waiting for the call from the lawyers. For any type of defamation claim they have to prove damages, which will be zero if they are just "investing" (can't see how anything I've done has materially impacted MTI's trading record). If the claim is because of loss of possible recruits (10% recruitment bonus are quite lucrative) then they are admitting to providing financial services without the required accreditation, which is illegal. I'm fairly sure you can't sue for damages for losses from illegal activities.

Edit - This is just treats from random "investors" that I live close to. I doubt I'm important enough to get any threats from any founders.

What to do, try and buy time and lose more from the honey pot, or run now with the maximum that they will ever have to get their hands on. And who takes what share? Surely they will have to start turning on each other at some point?

Must say, Cheri has gone awfully quiet after she tried so desperately to dispel the 'Negativeness' into late last night.

Her own FB page has not been updated since she posted that 'farewell photo' on the 17th, with at least 114 of her moron 'friends' cheering her on.

I think the 'boating accident' is just a distraction. The leaders are simply not going to spend anymore time on trying to save this thing. I won't be to surprised if they are on a boat somewhere, trying to get away.
