Having built a career in financial services, it absolutely boggles my mind that such a “company” built on blind belief and faith has managed to grow to this scale! It’s even more disappointing that our regulators have not been able to reign this beast in!

I’ve been an avid follower of “The Godfather” of the Ponzi scheme - Bernie Madoff. A book and a biopic film was created by HBO in 2017 named “The Wizard of Lies”. I feel an apt title or domain name for your wiki page could be “The Wizards of Lies”....

Keep up the good work, and we all should continue fighting for reason, logic, rationality and sanity above all!

The CFTC and DOJ actions against BitMEX suggest that the crypto industry still has a lot of work ahead to meet KYC/AML standards.

The charges are to do with allowing money laundering and poor quality KYC. They aren't claiming BitMEX is a scam.

Haha. Have you not heard of the Catholic Church? Also a corporation built on blind faith and look how big they are. They are so powerful they even have their own country, don't pay any taxes and refuse to be regulated (in those ways they are very similar to Donald Trump).
