I use SASA adsl stats analyser to monitor my useage and according to it I have 500mb remaing of my 5gig account, but it's been capped and when I check SAOL's website it say's of gone over my limit my 270mb. So I went onto the saix stats page on compared that to the Saol one and I found that there is one entry on the SAOL page that account's for all my "missing" bandwith, 500mb down and 264 up wich is strange becasue I don't normaly have upload's useing nearly half as much b/w as downloads but according to SAOL it is from my port. So the question is has the SAIX stat's paged just misssed an entry or has SAOL messed up? Im still waiting for SAOL to get back to me.
Edit: Normaly SAOL send warning sms's when your account get's below 1gig and then when it's below 100mb, this month the only sms I got was to say I was capped!
