missing built in dictionary in IOS6

Hey guys, recently updated to IOS6, while playing with note i noticed if i select certain text there's no "define" option anymore....WHATS GOING ON:erm: i use that quite often when i am not sure the meaning of certain words.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

It seems to work just as it used to from what I can tell.

One thing that I have to get used to is the ' and " keyboard shortcut. It used to be that you just held down the , and . key respectively until the hover appeared, now you have to physically slide your finger over it. There it is . . . my single biggest gripe with iOS6. :D

Well so far from research i know that in IOS6, when you choose 'define' option it asks you whether you want to download the dictionary or not. What happened with me was i chose download but got cut off from download halfway through, then i was never able to see the 'define' option anymore. Solved the problem by Resetting phone back to default.
