Missing titles for "entertainment catch up" on HD PVRs

Does anyone know whether there is a solution for this problem on a UEC 4 tuner PVR. Questions directed to Multichoice result only in "Trade your UEC in for an Explorer !!!!!" Sounds like a an undiluted dictatorial attitude to me. Any intelligent suggestions will be immensely appreciated.

That old thing was EOL many many years ago and End of Support a few years back. So it is a device that is no more. Explora has been out for years.

They've got a point. That came out 8/9 years ago, even the explora one has been around almost four years ago already.

Well i have the Xplorer but i have been reciving a similar problem with all the titles from CatchUp and BoxOffice not showing.
