Yay! At last a dedicated MIUI thread! :) Been running it on my SGS now for a good 6 months... Coming from the days when the camera was barely working and it rebooted every second day. It's come a long way since... :p

Now that is true dedication :p.

Love it, been using it on both my Desire's now, the old and HD.

You can get the Iphone theme if you want it to look like it. Example 1 and 2 but you dont have to.

My current Desire HD look http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=11380&d=1314081548 and Normal Desire looks like http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/album.php?albumid=1446

Best ROM ever. As for flashing it they have real easy How-to's with step by step instructions Just pic your phone and go : http://en.miui.com/a-1.html

Only painful experience I had was to downgrade my HD's ROM before I could flash, but that would have been the same for any ROM.

I've also been running MIUI rom on my HD2. So far it's proven to be the most stable and overall cleanest and fastest rom I can find. I don't particularly like the launcher look but that's very easy to change.

+1 for this thread.

All apps load onto the home screens, but if you want an app draw, just create a folder drag it onto your launch bar and drag all the apps you dont need often or want on the homes screens into it.

If you look at my screenshots of the yellow Desire HD theme, the bottom row, second from the right, you can see it in action.
