So disappointment for Mark Hulme. The guy just ruined his huge opportunity to get into the UFC by putting himself willingly in a choke. South Africa is not a wrestling country and these guys no matter how talented make huge mistakes in wrestling that the international guys do not make.
 
Belal and Mokaev on his last fight won. Also so many decisions except Paddy and Aspinal.
Add to that people wasn't overly happy with the Sphere fight announcement
 
Was an overall decent card, I think. Paddy looked really good and I hope he takes it serious and pushes for the top 10, he has the opportunity to get to super star level, just don't know if he is mentally strong for it.

Tom is great, don't know if he is better than Jones or whether he will ever get that shot, which is a bummer as I think no one can take him serious until Jones decides when or if the time is right.

Ai, Boring Mohammed just had to fight a great fight didn't he? All props to the dude, he was much better than Rocky, but it seems Rocky gets these "off days" at times which is very weird.

the level of cope due to Belal's win is seriously cringeworthy. The Weasel came out with "leon was never that good" even went as far as saying Belal looks like hes on the sauce. the same ppl that were talking about Leon's "elite level striking" are now making excuses.

I'm so happy for Belal. He deserves it. On merit. Hes always been better than the narratives. Most just didnt want to admit it. This is MMA, not kickboxing.

That's what we want, the best fighting the best at their best. unless that's not what we want?

I see, ok no I dont agree with that either. Aldo was great but I think the way guys like Conor and Holloway took him out... lost a bit of goatness there in my eyes.

I would rather put a Volk and Holloway into a goat list than Aldo.

Khabib in my eyes.. probably number 2 just under Jones and Islam on his way to get into that list soon.

I don't agree, but I can see why someone would. Aldo is a complete legend of the sport, and doesn't get the respect he deserves after the McGregor loss.

Legend yes, 100% but never goat status. The way he got dismantled by Holloway (twice) and Volk after the Conor loss.. He was still in his prime when he fought them..

Same reason why Conor will never be a goat.

Prime age-wise, but the Aldo that got beaten by Max was an old man in terms of fighting years.

Same here, you cant have Khabib below Aldo if Aldo lost to McNuggets and Max (twice) nevermind Petr Yan.

He had Volk on the list also below Aldo...

but hes an Aldo Dick rider
