Hi Guys

Difficult to find info on this. There's a lot of discussion on the forum about DSTV decoder hacking, leading to nothing it seems.

My question, I think, is much easier: how do you hack mnet-scrambled signal picked up via tv-antenna and not sattelite? Cant be that difficult?

I would just like to watch the occasional Springbok rugby and can't afford MNET or DSTV for that only.

What card to use? And what software/hack? Even if there's no sound, at least I'll be able to see the occasional game.

Cheers and thnx for reading.

Hacking terrestrial Mnet is easy (except for the sound), while I was studying one guy built a little electronic circuit to do the job, was for his project. Sound for rugby you can get on the radio.

Just what we used to do :) Path the audio from radio via amp and there you go :) Audio has always ben the issue on "cracking" M-NET Analog broadcast :)
