My sister made use of the MNP opportunity to move away from Altech Autopage (because of bad customer service) to MTN SP. After initial delays and hickups, the port went through. At the end of February, she received an invoice from Autopage charging her R1,001.81 for "MNP ROLLUP"
What on earth is this? Needles to say, she is very ticked off.
Can anyone shed some light on this? She tried to phone Autopage's so called "Customer Care" number, but she never came through to an operator.
