Modem Blue Screen Error

I have a CHRONOS PCI ADSL PCI INTERNAL MODEM R400.

when i first install it, it works fine then when i reset every time i try dial up it goes to a blue screen error. says somthing like:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Then i have to reset, uninstall the modem and reinstall. then it works untill the next time i reset.

It does this in XP and 2000.

Does anyone where i can maybe get updated drivers. I couldnt find any.

--Fixed It---

In case any one else gets that modem, dont use the drivers on the cd they give if you use XP or 2000. Just go to:

http://www.themad-house.co.uk/Conexant/conexant-drivers.html

I used the:

2.099.040.000 Windows 98 / 2000 / XP  WAN  Drivers
