Rain debit money R293.00 and my package is R479.00 i dont know why they did that as i pay month to month now i cant get hold of them cant be refunded either

When did you sign up for the package? Maybe it's a pro-rata amount .

If they debited less than the agreed amount then why do you want a refund?

You got debited pro-rata. Unless you signed up on the first of the month, you have not been subscribed a whole month. I even paid my 479 upfront and only got billed 200-odd as i signed up mid month. My credit carried over.

This is nothing to worry about. If you want to cancel, that is something else entirely.

Well look. Perhaps they misunderstood. If they still want a refund they are entitled to ask for one, along with a cancellation altogether, haha.
