Monopoly... Really???

I am so upset with Telkom I dont get how they can run with the monopoly in this country when they cannot get simple customer service or service we PAY for right???
I work from home with not a cent owing to them. I pay my account on time but when ever they feel they want to disconnect my line they do so.
Last month I was offline for 6 days yet they received full payment. Today I'm offline again for god knows how long. I hate this company if we had another service provider I would leave them in a heartbeat!!!! #RipOffs

Move to another network provider... there are many available.
Unless it's the landline itself.

My DSL line has been so sporadic as of late.

And sadly ADSL/VDSl is still the most affordable way.

Then ask one of the other multitude of network operators to install cables in your area. They all have the relevant licenses so there is no legislative monopoly.

I did not say there is a monopoly here, however the alternative options are not really viable.

Since the costs would be out of this realm.

Try phoning SARS, it will make you feel better about Telkom. :p
