Month-end: Billing Time AGAIN

Don't know why I even bother -

Seems even after I've been told I'd not get billed this month, not only do I get billed, they once again over charge me ....

At least they're consistently pathetic.

On a brighter note - Nadia@sentech is one decent person I've found. Kudos to her for her help.

Everyone check your accounts....

From what I understand a whole bunch of accounts were re-created so there may be quite a few billing inconsistencies.

The promised credit was passed though...

I have been billed for the first time after asking for a cancellation of the contract and being told I would not have to pay a cent (I still have not been able to access the network once).

guess I wil have to speak to the bank on Tuesday and either request a chargeback or cancel my credit card.
