Bond - 15%
Car - 39%

The only reason the car is this high is due to accelerated payments on an already reduced period. Car was bought in late 2012 should be paid up around the same time 2014 (been paying this much since last month).

Age 27

Edit: Did the calculation on net and not gross.

Nice! Cheap place or did you hit the jackpot?
Most people I know in their mid 20's are either just starting with bond repayments or still house hunting.

Place cost just over 600k, saved for a place the day I turned 18 so put down a considerable deposit and paid the rest off within about 3 yrs, actually just paid it off going to pick the deeds up today, it's a great feeling. :)

That's pretty damn good! :D I also started saving young but doubt I'd be able to pay if off in 3 years like you >.< My goal realistically is to do between 5 and 10 with obviously as close to 5 as I can get :/

Have you already found a place or you looking still? My goal was also intially to try pay it off within 5 years but I managed to make some extra money every month and just put it all into my bond so I am one of the lucky ones but 5 years isn't bad at all :)
