Moody's don't care about electricity generation, collapse or utter morons bringing the rest of the country down with their corruption. They rate the lendability of a company, and since guavamint shifted a boatload of debt onto the poor taxpayer it makes the outlook for Eskom grabbing more money from the markets a whole lot better. The utility cannot pay its debt. The utility cannot provide sufficient electricity. Country in a permanent stage of loadshedding. Economy collapsing as a result. Moody's rate it positive.... okay.,...
That's also why de Renovator was so cleva to pay off debt instead of doing more maintenance, leaving us even deeper up record loadshedding arse-alley, if there's one thing the ANC is really good at it's gobbling up and making other people's money disappear.
A better life for all makes for a good slogan, but you should know by now when African leadahs talk about ALL they really mean just ALL their family & friends.
