How did it turn out?

EDIT: Ok and on that note, I want to make pulled pork over new years. For that I'll need what they call a "Boston butt". It's a shoulder cut. Best best would be to ask my butcher or has anyone else had good luck with an alternative cut as well?

A couple of Work dops with my best mate from conservation...... thought I would try....something different,

What on earth is it with the Gothic Germans that insist that the beers be as bitter as possible...

But a hefeweizsen isn't even all that bitter, if at all? It's more fruity/spicy in my experience?
