Off to work, walking out at 10h30 as the Butchery manager takes over my shift..... And I shall return to braai for 110 people around 14hoo....

The day is going to be legendary, The Moose's blue blood flowing green for the day..

I prepared mine last week with salt & pepper.
Finished it off with a Woolworths sticky marinate and after 3 or so hours of cooking, it came out super delicious.
