Right! The period of mourning and stress is hereby declared over, Had to watch my English Father in law suffer these past few months as he battled terminal cancer, it was eroding us all, especially my beloved HO, Tuesday saw me having to address 130 mourners at his club in Gordons Bay, the following morning I left for Potch, arrived safely.....The English HO driving the other direction back to Nam,
AND

I can feel the release in all around, so this fine humid morning in Potch I checked the braai area out at the GHouse, went down to the Spar to review the meat and I shall cremate in the rain the nicht'

LastBornMoose finished exams tomorrow and I shall take a two day drive home with her the weekend...

Glorious Meat, Glorious Beer...... all Hail life and the pleasures she offers us....

/WTF did he just type?

Bought 4 wee pkts of deceased beasts... back to Ghouse to crack a few cans... thinking of igniting and this wet stuff started falling from the heavens...
Transvaaler types.... how long does this last...when can I attempt to burn one of 10 boxes of Lion matches on these local timbers...
/Moose wonders if he should save meat for 2morrow and take a hike to yon pub around the hoek?

Probably what is known as "staatsreen" - a brief downpour at knocking-off time for government employees. Sit tight, you should be able to braai soon.

Spoke to three local young lasses sipping on a bottle of wine for most of the afternoon, the one slurrred back, " Nee! Fok braai...braai!" The other scanned the horizon and said" Die reen is maar klaar, steek maar aan!"

So..
