"What Time are you coming in today?", he inquired of the Moose via social media.

It was the Butchery Manager, yesterday during these strangest of times he created Bratwurst polony and a built a Bratwurst Burger, smothered in sweet German mustard and onions......

He showed me photograph of a meaty creation that he wanted to try on Saturday and offered to build me a sample.....

You might have seen it on Facebook, a thick piece of fillet with sliced marrow bones tied around the perimeter of the meat..... the idea being that over the coals, you rotate the meat and the marrow "melts" into the fillet.....

We both reckoned that the idea sounded neat and that he would assemble three of the creations for testing at our homes this day.....

So if I manage to stay sober throughout the day the meal might be interesting later..... :whistling: :unsure: :p
