Anybody ever smoked a flêttie on one of these mini Weber's? I always use the big one but they call it the Smokey Joe so it must be good for that purpose.

I love marrow. Forgive me if I have missed your earlier posts on such, but how do you get this going?

It was a tester, but next time I need to put the piece on earlier on warmer coals.... to get the heat through the bones into the fillet..... The fillet in this case was moerofa soft and rare......

Gave the marrow bones to my boets dogs over the fence, too rich for my fandamily.....
