Getting ready for a quick prawn braai this glorious day after which I have some banging to do. Apparently there are pictures that need to be hung.

A question for you guys who use charcoal, which I've almost never used.

Bought a bag now because I'm making more potjie during lockdown and wood can get pricey, but is the best way to just light some blitz and stack a few coals on top? And then once they hot I can just add a couple of fresh ones and the heat of the older coals will be enough to get them going?

Yes will work fine.
Best way to lite charcoal is with a chimney starter. Very efficient and quick. Only needs a small piece of blitz or even some newspaper to get it started.
