im doing a cheap 1 sausage and 1 chop and a toasted sarmy tonight on 18 coals and 1 piece of Blitz
also doing a tiny pap-en-sous and a potato just to fill the gap and drinking pineapple beer

Most of it was briquettes, just topped it off with wood to give some smoky flavour when I baked the beef in the Weber.
