If you have a weber etc try roasting a pork belly in it.What can I braai today? Recently did lamb, chicken, potjie. Looking for something different, not really sure what Im in the mood for.
Please no real salad or real vegetables.
You need to slow roast it then give the skin some high even heat at the end to get the nice airy crackling.
Do it in a tray with garlic apple cider vinegar and herbs etc.
Also roast some green apples with sugar, butter and water in a tray for the apple sauce, basically caramel apples that you discard the skin and mush them up.
