Arrived back in The Lamd of the Sand after a two day trip across the African Sub continent..

Had an epic braai with thirty odd Namibians on Sunday night, turns out one of the father's is a food nutter and braai's three steaks with three different rubs..... Then sliced amd offered to the gang on a wooden tray...

Holy moley, steak that melted in your mouth...

I don't feel like going back to work today, so I won't...... Gonna make a small braai poe and have a look in my freezer for a few pieces of protein....

Oh! I was in FL, La Lucia mall and bought some sausages called Bombay.....something or other.... Spicey as they come, but really enjoyed them...

Don't get your hopes up! It's gonna be a feck up due to the following important reasons!

1) Stone Cold Sober
2) Failed to buy a new STAINLESS steel grid!
3) Icy cold Wind blowing heat away from grid!
4) Kids all winding me up by moaning that they don't want anything cooked over a fire.... (rich considering one is a student living on soup powder, the other a hostel res)
5) My cat , Smokus Caticus died, and I have not given him the appropriate sendoff, thus angering the universe and the Great Cat God, Mortimer...
6) Peer Pressure combined with Murphy's law..... All you okes waiting to see how awesome this will turn out, but there are those that type amongst you that cannot wait to see a crispy black stringy melted goo coming off the Moose grid!
