good question that, asked myself the same thing countless times. But hey, somebody probably has to look after the kids and feed them.

Vuurtjie just gets going this side for the final braai of the weekend. Was a gorgeous day this side in the high 20's. Perfect windstil evening outside. Enjoy

jip, took it out for breakfast, so was defrosted already ... actually quite good when braaied.

You never braaied bacon before? You, Sir, have not yet had good bacon Braaing drips the fat out, so it's both healthier and the bacon gets crispy - FAST. When done with the bacon braai I slap a slice of bread where the bacon lied on the grill and "toast" my bread that way. It's epic.

Bacon also serves as a good replacement for pork rashers if the shop doesn't have and you have the random honey and mustard spice to go on them

How come I only have one bag of wood left after a 72 hour weekend by the sea?

According to the woman that went with me...

I took 7 Namibian wood with.... I bought six bags of SA wood at the petrol station in Port..... The English HO bought me another four bags of wood in Springbok whilst on her Saturday morning shopping spree.....

Let's see if I can work this out...

If Morty had a total of 17 Bags of wood and Morty only brought one bag of wood home with him, how many beers did Morty drink in 72 hours?

The Camelthorn was a craft brewery in Namibia that went belly up...

They brewed an excellent Weiss, so Nambrew stepped in and took it over... For about a year we have been selling the Weiss, I enjoy it.... Then I spotted the Helles, a more fruitier beer, but pleasant..... must admit, I am a fan!

On a side note, Wednesday is Braai night again, still thinking if I should attend.....
