Need Advice Fellow Members of the Heated Order of Unholy Braai Bastards!

The weather is beflok lekker here today, At work, but as from my earlier post I might have overstepped the matrimonial mark back at home...and was wondering if it might be wise for me to cremate without the assistance of that jolly juice brew bru?

Stay sober or push the day to it's max, thus triggering the silent three day switch on the English HO?

Reduce heat and stop burning the food to the bottom of the pot ... that's why people doing a pot in 1hr is fncking it up ... a potjie should be minimum 4 hrs :p

...but soak with warm water & dishwasher powder ... works a treat ;)

Probably the biggest reason that I do not use a gas burner to cook a potjie - the flame is direct on the pot and the food tends to catch.

yeah i didnt know how difficult it was controlling the heat

too little and nothing happens

too much and you hear all hell break loose

but i started from very low heat adding coals and wood slowly

Sweet Chilli, Onion & Cheese?
Decided I'm lus for a braai broodjie halfway through the Braai.

So scratched around in the fridge to find something to build it with.
Kaasbuns
Onion
Sundried tomato
Pepper cheddar cheese
Garlic butter
And thin layer of chutney.

Tasted heavenly
