I know but I needed to spritz first peak was 3 hours in, also needed to check temps on eisbein around 70 deg c at the moment so got another 1-2 hours left

Yeah for the price it's decent. It loses heat where the pieces fit into one another, not really an issue in summer, but in winter I had to give it a foil "blanket" to make sure it stayed at desired temp.
