Some pork neck kebabs in a honey mustard sauce, thin wors, cabbage and chakalaka corn mix and braaied lettuce for this eve.

Was quite yummy!




So the lettuce is tossed in olive oil and seasoned with a sprinkle or two of garlic salt, and roasted in a flame. Take off, drizzle with some lemon juice, heaven.

We tried this ridiculous seeming thing after watching this episode of a Chef's Table. Highly recommend.

Butt-ton of minced garlic sauteed and removed, sauteed broc in butter, added the excess marinade and some chicken stock, reduced that quite a bit, added back the garlic and some cream. Once cooked, added mozzarella and cheddar, and put it under the oven grill til browned as in the pic. Next time I might add some blue cheese and see how that goes.

Yeah I could have probably found it here ( I did check at Sun-Sun but they were out), but this was a homemade jar I found at the Granger Bay market. It's amazing.
