Lamb turned out beautifully. That stickiness from slowly broken down fat that you get from well prepared oxtail is prevalent at every bite.

Also experimented with some sides based on a recipe a friend sent to me. Mashed potatoes with a cube is cheese inside, coated in panko, wrapped in bacon and deep fried. Not bad, but too much effort for result IMHO. Still fun experimenting though View attachment 1173492 View attachment 1173496

neither could I, but after cutting out most sugar, Im more into bitter tasting things ... all of a sudden G&T became a treat

i ahve about 4 beers ... then 4 Gin ... then onto Whiskey + soda
