Is the gas Weber going with to the dam?

Hopefully this mid-life crisis will end soon
On weekends at the dam I will be rebellious and use wood
Else my neighbours will kick me out
Life is a balance
Home is gas

Like Christians sin in the week and then on Sundays they church and all is forgiven again

Hahaha no, erasing my name.

The Price was R170/kg if I remember correctly. Which is not bad as that is about double the price of normal good quality brisket.

thats very cheap

i have seen wagyu brisket for around 600 a kg

normal brisket is between 80-120 i have seen and boneless also around 120 a kg

From where did you buy the brisket?

I see that the price has gone up though, I might have bought it on special.

To be honest, I am not sure if it was worth the price. Do not get me wrong, it was one of the best briskets I have ever had but the price of R229/kg (now) which is about double the "regular" price might not be worth it.

I would say it was 40-60% better then the normal brisket.
