Sorry @PoppieChoffel but I got some complaints from the forumites for my 'gassing the juicy fleshes' on a regular basis. I now only BBQ on weekends, and will adopt a Cape Tonion attitude that if the wind is more than 11km/h I will not BBQ at all due to terrible weather.

This means you'll need to book an overnight stay mid way to rest every time you drive from work to the dam as well though. More than 10km and it's a road trip.
