Forum / Tapatalk was acting up last night. Entire cooking time was about 1h15. Meat was very nice and full of flavour. I obviously forgot to take a picture of it entirely open.

Today was an excellent day for me, first Saturday shift clocked in the shop for me and my team did their 2nd highest turnover on a Saturday this month. Been dealing with some seriously heavy shite this month work wise especially over the past two weeks which has had me (wo)man down with this stupid Covid fatigue BS, but got (mostly) resolved by CoB yesterday. Much of that thanks to the help of @The_Mowgs who refuses to take thanks in whisky so I'll thank him here.

So. I'm back!

No, but I remember meeting you at one of the meets years back, the Tyger waterfront one irrc. Been here a few years, enjoy it other than the constant wind. Stay on a corner so only really know the direct neighbours and some of the crazies.
