On the smoker today we have a massive 5kg chuck, its been pickling the last week turning it into pastrami. Also have a 3kg argentinian flat rib. Both from Mondanette my fav butchery and im sure @PoppieChoffel too!

I think there might be a drought somewhere. P&p also had these 1/2 lamb packs last week for R109/kg. They have like zero fat on them. Still taste good.
