That silver wrapped parcel was our leftover sourdough that I'd spread with pork fat and garlic, and I made "sandwhiches" which really would have been great as they were, but we had the lovely smash patties to go on to, so they did

Hellmann's, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, fried red onion and rocket, topped with the patties.
