What i learnt on YouTube during lockdown is buy un marinated ribs and then you peel off that white membrane using a teaspoon. Then you marinate the ribs and have lekker juicy fall off bones ribs.

I'm not an Escort fan so suspected as much :cautious:
The SO changed my plans to braai tomorrow and I only want to stop at one shop on the way home.
Only crappy ribs they stock :X3:

I know my pick n pay also sells un marinated ribs, look for them and make it proper, lots of YouTube tutorials. Its worth the hard work getting that stupid white membrane off

I do that, but ain't got no time for that today :crying:

Another option Ive done before which works alright I suppose is I pre cut all the ribs before cooking them. For some reason this has been better than cutting them up afterwards.
So give that a try I would say

Jip, I have done them like this a few times. Nice and saucy all the way round.
