Magnum nice....pizza and red wine for me tonight. My local Checkers Liquor still selling some of its wine less 50%, picked up some nice bargains.
Having this tonight, not to bad.

Best part is cleaning it
I just wipe it clean with a few paper kitchen towels after breakfasts and thats it. Nothing else.
But after last nights chinese in there the soya sauce has left a residue behind so i will clean it properly just now, before i crack open a few beers and kick start the weekend into gear Its worth the money, some say it is too big and it is, but rather too big than too small. Its the Volcano Millenium Pan.

And it fits perfect on a skottel braai. I threw out the stupid cadac wok style one, hate that thing, everything runs into the middle. And rather just use the volcano pan instead
