Tis' that time of the year again, when the English HO is super nice to her lodger and I get her World Famous Cheese omlette in bed, this year a new character was added to my Tintin figurine collection, lank stoked. I did mention this particular fellow is a twin and seeing as this was custom made for me I hope she either had two crafted or next year I doubt the twin shall look the same.

On a side note, those of you battling to find gifts for someone, a handcrafted figurine from that Bongo chap down at the VA waterfront goes a long way..

Five more days and my lack of participation in supporting the Namibian Breweries Share price will come to a sudden and dramatic end...

Sabbath Steak on the coals after graft today folks, burn em high....

Theres a method to layering the Chuckmyster Special

1) put in a tablespoon virgin oil and get pan upto temperature, I go for 110 degrees celcius
2) fry up the bacon and set aside
3) place 2 slices of presoaked bread in eggs onto frying pan.
4) cook these on one side until done (usually a minute or 2)
5) Now comes the part where you concentrate, flip over 1 slice, place your cooked bacon, sliced cheese and sauce onto the cooked piece.
6) Lift up the other slice and place the Cooked side down on the sarmy.
7) You now have 2 cooked slices sandwiched on the inside, both outside pieces of sandwich is 'raw'
8) Cook for a total of 1 or 2 minutes, Flip over and cook other side for a 1 minute or 2
9) That's it, done. The Chuckmyster Special and it is beyond awesome, no heartburn or anything funny. Enjoy Lads

Oh I forgot to say when i make my mixture i use 2 eggs, a tot of milk, paprika & garlic salt. That explains the red bits you see in my photos where you see the 'raw' side of the bread, its the pieces of paprika that stick together. Still tastes great
Just had to screen shot this.
