Having a bad experience here though. LekkeSlaap advertised this cottage as something in the wilderness. When we arrived, it turned out that we rented someone's servants fcking quarters for the weekend. And the owner is here as well... WTF???

Avalon springs don't allow days visitors anymore due to covid, and we can't really braai at this place.

Personally, I never put any of that on steak... Just spices, but to each their own.

On the menu tonight deboned rotisserie lamb shoulder on pitas. Having a delicious homebrew boddington pub ale clone whilst I wait @GreGorGy

So the last clone I made, I put a little of it into bottles - just to sample the bottle at some point later. Today will be the first sample of four. Pics later - if I don't get too shiftaced.

You can always make a big fire smaller but not so easy to make a small fire bigger..
