Smoked lamb ribs are one of my favorite things to smoke. Soo much better than pork imo

The lamb was great, but for us, we still prefer pork when we want ribs. The lamb meat was tender and full of flavour, and a lot of the fat rendered out which was great.

It's great lamb, make no mistake, but it just doesn't "feel" like ribs for me. I'm old and stuck in my ways We'll do smoked lamb ribs when we want good lamb meat.
