Mortymoose's Weber & Buitebraai Offerings to the HO's Gods! - Your Pofadder Touched My Skilpaadtjie!

Hermanus next to the mall. By the time its reduced to fillets they're about R230/kg.
I must actually try to braai hake some day as that is a lot cheaper. Anyone tried it?

hake you can bake, fry, pan fry, grill anything its very good and versatile and very tasty for me

kob fillets are great and also great in curry

yeah same with kingklip, last time i bought in hout bay for like R120 a kg

after the bones and all come out you sit with half the weight

Jirrre those steaks look fekn delicious
They look burned but were actually far less done than I thought...cooked them about an inch above a super hot set of coals..essentially flame grilled.

Basically. Still can have some but not as a primary food source.
Also eating healthy with no seed/vegetable oils if possible, avoiding processed foods etc
Does biltong count as processed food or natural product? Asking for a friend.
