You can phone Elsa at 079 790 0397, they deliver from time to time to Pretoria from Upington.

They advertise on one of our social groups.

Normally when they advertise one only need to Whats app yes to that number and she calls back.

Took it off at 48' in the thickest part, was more medium than medium rare. Temp climbed to 57' while resting. Next time we take a matured cut off at 45' or lower if rested warm in a braaibak high above coals. Anyway meat was soft which for a pichana isn't actually easy. Combo of matured and nearly medium did the trick..
