I am prepping for Weber pizza Sunday and I recall quite a few folk in the past asking about this...

No.1 .... You need a pizza stone...
No.2 .... You need to play Bonnie Tyler....

Indirect method is how we do Pizza......

Gonna ignite in about 50m

Interesting. Why the coal separation? I'm going to attempt this soon. I was just going to through the coal in when it was ready. That's the setup for indirect cooking. Or mine at least.

Circular heat in the dome...... For pizza... I reckon one could use a normal braai fire with a dome cover to trap the heat to bake pizza......

Ja, direct heat cooks the vase and leaves the toppings unmelted.

I recall a few months ago, somebody queried the base...

You should be able to go to your local store and order fresh pizza bases from their bakery.....

Here are our four we are gonna do today from the local Spar up the road...

/You need a good Scottish band to be singing about thirteen valley's around here ( Famous Moose point up for grab here)
