Yeah but give more detail on the thermometer part of things.
I usually cook between 150 and 250 c and do check regularly but... need more info based on what is being prepared.

As Braaimeister Fanie indicated, you have yet to inform us of your intentions? :whistling:

Funny that you mention this, two weeks back I was in Game , looking at the vast assortment of kettle braai's out these days.... But in my opinion.....there be only one Weber..... Even though I managed to burn the legs of mine a year back ,

/Moose given up on making bonfires in yon Weber under the star strewn Namibian nights...

The first thing I've got in mind is beer chicken or a spatchcock chicken.

That being said i've never used a Weber before - so what's good to cook?

Tips and advice. Hit me!

Then use the indirect method, just check your Weber booklet that comes with it.

Well , I guess that were'nt it....". A bunch of old late 40 year aulds , all sitting around skinnering, and all I could see was a mirror ball, robot lights and feckin' heavy bass........ I bailed out , sitting at home......entertained about how we surround ourselves with morbid folk....fekkit....

Gonna blow this popstand! This Moose ain't for turning...

/moose skulks out the mansion seeking the party of his days of youth...

I had the same, won in golf day. After looking I realized it wasn't me or the SA way.
Gave it away.
